Refund & Returns Policy
1. Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day on which you receive the goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period.
2. How to request a return
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us before the 14-day period expires by email at info@antivital.world with your name and phone number (as provided when ordering). We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Condition of returned goods
Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or make a deduction if the goods have been opened, used, or returned in a condition that reduces their value beyond handling necessary to assess their nature and characteristics.
4. Refund processing
Because orders are placed as cash-on-delivery (COD), refunds are issued via bank transfer or another agreed method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods, or of you providing evidence of return shipment (whichever is earlier). Return postage costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
5. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@antivital.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
6. Non-returnable items
Food supplements that have been opened or partially consumed cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are faulty. Personalised or custom orders are also non-returnable.
